An overview of how the knowledge base work.
The knowledge base is divided into Categories, Sections, and Articles. To get to the article, you have to go through the category and section before the article you want.
General category tells us about the company's useful links, general announcements, release notes, and more as the case may be.
User Administration - has to do with the administrator on how to set up everyone in the company that needs a certain privilege, how to grant access as well as deactivating/disabling a user, etc.
Operations has detailed articles for key users to understand and provide training on how operators in the production line work and collect data with eChecksheets.
Planning is one of the most important categories and it comprises a couple of sections. Each section has a detailed article for key users responsible for setup and administration of eChecksheets.
- Base table: Master data tables that provide the core structure used in all eChecksheets setup, navigation and operations.
- eChecksheet Planning: This gives step-by-step and general instructions on how to build eChecksheets.
- eCheckitem Types: This section details the various check item type used in building eChecksheets for collecting and displaying useful data. A variety of eCheckitem types are available to help you collect type of data you need.
- Advanced Planning: This includes topics for advanced management of eChecksheets from copy checksheet, model management, flow maps and more.
Reporting / Analytics provides articles with details about our standard reports as well as reporting views and data models we provide for key users to create and customize reports.
ERP / API provides articles available based on licensed ERP connectors and API subscriptions, with details of how to use these tools for connecting external systems to the AIMSCO eChecksheet repository.
