Each eCS is located within a hierarchy that includes plant, area, station, and plan, as shown in the diagram below. Some of these locations will be visible to operators collecting data through a bread crumb displayed in the eChecksheet header.
Process Builder is used to define each level in the hierarchy above so that each eChecksheet is located properly within the plant. Once an eChecksheet is located within this structure, eChecksheet Builder is used to manage the internal contents of the eChecksheet.
eChecksheet Internal Structure
Within an eCS, there are one more eCheckitems, whose behavior and operations controlled by several attributes managed by key users as they lay out the eCS application. Major common attributes of eCheckitems are summarized in the figure below.
