Attributes of a Check Item - these are unique features that explain a particular data that is being collected.
1). This is the check item description.
2). When taking a pass record, you must click on the pass check sign, and then it turns green.
3). When taking a fail record, you must click on the fail check sign, and then it turns red.
4). The check item advanced history gives you a record of the existing check items and you can add comments, and attachments and if you have proper permission, you can also edit the check item.
5). The comment section is for adding any comments regarding the check item.
6). The refresh button will refresh the check item state.
7). Trend chart is the graphical representation of the data for numeric trends.
8). You save the check item when you input the right information.
NOTE: It is important to know that if out of specification data is collected on a check item, the check item will turn red, and if the data is in the specification the check item turns green.
