Attributes of a checksheet - Checksheet defines where, how, and when a particular defect takes place by collecting and analyzing data. For each data collection step in the process, a checksheet is required for each finished good and in-process part.
Breadcrumb is a navigational assistance that aid users to understand web pages and Interfaces. It assists in knowing the direction of a web page.
Breadcrumbs that make up a checksheet are Plant, Product, Station, Plan, Checksheet, and Psn. These are also incorporated by the Checksheet name, Checksheet Type, Default Inspection Results, Tracking Unit, Part, Local Language Description, Thumbnail Image, MTS Default Location, Default Language, Autogen Flag, Autoseq Flag.
1) The track-out navigation is used to leave the saved checksheet page.
2) The track-out Next sample is a way of tracking out all check items saved sample, then it takes you to the "next sample". In this case, you don't have to click on each check item "next sample".
3) Just like track out next sample, the track out Psn tracks out all check items saved sample to a new psn batch sample. This works with the "psn" which you created on the breadcrumb and can be found/edited on the product build data table(See image 1.0 below). In this case, you have to be sure you are using the "psn" batch number, to track out "psn" for batches for a new set of batches, ceteris paribus.
4) The refresh button.
5) The eye icon: When clicked, show you the instructions on all checksheets.
6) The edit checksheet mode: This takes you to the page you can edit checksheets.
7) View Options: The view options have four formats displaying the check items depending on which best fit you.
