The copy checksheet is a process of copying an eChecksheet to one or more destination eChecksheet(s) that already exist. This could be done on a single checksheet or multiple checksheets, within a product or across products.
- Access Navigation builder
- Select the product > Area > Station > Plan of the checksheet you want as your source.
- Click on copy checksheet symbol.
4. Click on the source checksheet(selected checksheet to copy).
5. Select the pop-up arrow or continue.
6. Click on the destination checksheet(Target checksheet). In this case, it is "Bow" checksheet which is in a different product > Area > Station > Plan checksheet. Note: You should also be able to copy to a different checkshee within the same breadcrumb.
You can choose to "Review Changes", to copy the source items to the destination checksheet. With this option, if the destination checksheet has check items, they will be replaced by the source items.
"Apply Recent Changes" , alternatively, will only apply the changes made in the source eChecksheets since its latest change to be copied to the destination eChecksheets.
Review changes show you a summary of what you are doing from the source to your destination and all the check items that exist. Red indicates the source has deleted an eCheckitem in the destination, Green indicates a new eCheckitem in the source, and yellow indicates updates to an existing eCheckitem
If you Save Copy, then all changes shown on interface will apply. Or you can go Back and do not apply the changes.
