This process of copy involves the check item. When a copy change is made on a check item type, to multiple check items on the same checksheet, you have two options, either to apply the changes or apply and copy the changes to the destination you want it affected.
To apply and copy:
- Navigate to edit checksheet.
Pick any of the check item types you want to edit.
a. In this case, we are going to pick Batch number.
b. Click on the single sample to change it to multi sample.
c. Click on apply and copy.
After clicking on apply and copy, your next screen shows you:
d. Changes you want to make/changes to copy.
e. Your target check items.
The copy changes you make can be on a single check item type or multiple check items and that totally depends on what you want to achieve.
f. In this case of Batch Number, the select all variables is an option if you want to make the copied changes on existing variables because the batch number is a variable check item type.
g. Click on apply.
