Major Build Changes
Build Number 10.115.28.x
Overview
Welcome to AIMSCO's April 2022 Release. Our team has focused the last couple of months on a variety of enhancements to IQ Map Pareto Reports, as well as laying the groundwork for upcoming new features. In addition to these changes, this month's build also includes a variety of bug fixes and quality of life improvements.
IQ Map Pareto Reports
In this build, we have introduced a new IQ Map Pareto Report that allows users to filter based on a Characteristic and a Variable Value. This allows filtering of the IQ Map Data based on the Variable results on the same PSN. This is commonly used to group IQ Map Data based on environmental or manufacturing properties.
In addition to this new report, the navigation of the IQ Map Pareto reports has been cleaned up to be more concise.
Coming Soon
This build also starts to lay the groundwork for the upcoming Zone Map eChecksheet. This feature will allow for the creation of eChecksheets that function similarly to an IQ Map for multiple eCheckitems. We are looking to introduce this feature in the next release.
Additional Changes
- We have updated some existing UI controls in the application to make them more modern and fix known issues. See the below images for before/after comparisons.
- The Variable Trend Chart has had some changes to make it easier to read and function in a more uniform way across use cases.
- The standard IQ Map Pareto Report now has a Product filter.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused eChecksheet load to break when using the Messages Preview Feature.
- Integrated Planning User Management will now properly allow toggling of the "Force user to change password" setting.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Integrated Planning eChecksheet Edit to incorrectly show a Duplicate eCheckitem warning when adding similar eCheckitems to multiple eChecksheets.
- Fixed a bug that caused Variable Control Trend Chart to throw an error in cases where the eCheckitem Description included a Single Quote character.
- Applied fixes to the Integrated Planning Base Table Imports to fix some known issues when importing to a Base Table with a large number of existing records.
- The Repair Page will now properly show Comment Created Date Time in the Plant's Local Timezone instead of UTC.
- Fixed an issue with the Integrated Planning Base Table Import that prevented users from being able to change Product Build Data Attr columns with an Import.
- Fixed a bug that prevented users from being able to use the Integrated Planning Base Table Import to add or update records for the Navigation Constraints Base Table.
Known Issues
- Integrated Planning Base Table Import currently does not support Files with more than 1000 records. We are looking into this and hope to have a resolution soon.
- Integrated Planning Base Table Import does not work for Inspection Plans or Sub Assembly. At this time, we hope to have a fix for this within the next 2 build releases
